We offer US flat rate shipping via USPS.
We DO NOT provide return labels or cover cost of shipping for online returns.

We hope that you love all your purchases from AP & Company. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. In store and online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

To begin a return, you can contact us at apandcompanyllc@gmail.com or at 573-424-4903. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are local, you can return your item in store.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. Please email us photo proof.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
